Privacy notes
This website is a portfolio and product-support surface. It does not run accounts or a user database. Boundary XYQ and PackSmith support surfaces are built to keep user-controlled files local unless a user intentionally sends a support request.
Contact
If you email founder@xyflowinnovations.com, the information you send is used to respond to your message, support request, bug report, or collaboration inquiry.
Boundary XYQ
Boundary XYQ is an iPhone field-planning and coordinate-geometry relationship guide for survey crews. The app imports user-selected CSV point files and DXF linework files, displays them on a map, and lets the user mark points as Found, Found disturbed, or Not found.
Boundary XYQ may process CSV files, DXF files, generated demo jobs, selected coordinate system, map position, point statuses, custom map pins, and exported session summaries. These are stored locally on the device so a job can reopen later. User files and job data are not sent to XyFlow Innovations unless the user explicitly exports, shares, or emails them.
Boundary XYQ asks for location permission to show the user's approximate position on the map. Location is used on device for the blue-dot map overlay and coordinate context. XyFlow Innovations does not operate a location-tracking service for Boundary XYQ.
Hosting
The site is intended to run on Vercel. Standard hosting logs and analytics, if enabled later, are controlled by that hosting provider and will be kept limited to basic site operation.
Data sharing and tracking
XyFlow Innovations does not sell user data. Boundary XYQ does not use advertising SDKs or tracking SDKs. Support emails and bug reports are sent only when the user chooses to send them.
PackSmith
PackSmith support requests may include Unity version, tool version, issue descriptions, scan summaries, diagnostics, and user-provided screenshots or exported support bundles when a user chooses to send them. Direct in-editor reports are routed to XyFlow support email and/or a private support issue tracker. They are used only to reproduce, triage, and fix PackSmith issues or evaluate user suggestions.
