PackSmith can submit bug reports and suggestions directly through this website. Reports include the current scan summary only when the user chooses to send them.

What to include for survey-app issues
Boundary XYQ app version and iOS build number, iPhone model, iOS version, whether the issue involved CSV import, DXF import, map interaction, coordinate-system choice, or point status changes, and whether it reproduces after force-closing and reopening the app. Do not send confidential client job files unless you intentionally choose to share them for troubleshooting.

What to include for Unity-tool issues
Tool version, Unity version, operating system, asset-pack source, screenshots if useful, exact reproduction steps, and whether the issue came from a buyer scan or publisher preflight.
